Classic Ginger Beer – Case of 24

This is where it all started.

Before the collaborations, before the sparkling waters and zero proof cocktails, there was a ginger beer. Made with fresh organic ginger root, bright citrus, and just enough natural sweetness to keep the heat honest — brewed small-batch from the beginning because that’s the only way to get it right.

Real ginger bite up front. Citrus lift in the middle. A clean, lingering warmth on the finish that holds up in a cocktail without disappearing into the ice. The kind of ginger beer that makes a Moscow Mule taste like a Moscow Mule is supposed to taste, and good enough straight from the can that you don’t always make it to the cocktail.

Everything we make now grew out of this one. Still the one we’re most proud of.
