Yep, unless noted in the description all of our drinks are 100% Gluten Free
Are your drinks Vegan?
We are in the process of changing all of our recipes to NOT include honey. Check the ingredient labels on our cans or website to see exactly which beverages are vegan.
What is Mushroom Fiber Extract and why is it in your soda?
Mushroom fiber extract is a natural preservative made from purified white button mushroom fiber. It helps prevent the growth of spoilage microorganisms so our sodas remain fresh and shelf stable, without affecting their flavor, color, or carbonation. It is safe for pregnant women to consume.
Do I need to refrigerate your soda?
Nope, our soda is shelf stable but it is best enjoyed cold ( :
Do you ACTUALLY use real fruit in your drinks?
Yep, you betcha! We work with farmers in North Carolina and South Carolina to get fresh strawberries, apples, cherries and more! We hand juice and squeeze every bit out of each fruit and even use the rinds of some fruits to give our drinks that extract pop of flavor. You can check out the whole thing on our Farm-To-Can page.
Are all your drinks carbonated?
Yep, after brewing our soda we carbonate each and every one of our drinks, but not too much just enough.
Where are your drinks made?
We make all of our beverages right here in Asheville, NC. We have a brew house located in our space right behind our taproom, The Mule.
